Please note: Guided tours usually last about 60 - 90 minutes. From May to October, tours may begin at 9.15 am, from November to April at 10.15 am.
The latest possible tour slot is 15.15 in the afternoon. If you cannot attend your registered tour, you may cancel free of charge up to one day before. For cancellations of weekend tours, please notify us by noon on Fridays. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee.
Please note that a booking is only completed after you have signed and returned the reservation confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your request.
