In 1999 the Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen Association established the Art Foundation under the aegis of H.R.H. Friedrich Duke of Württemberg. The aim was to provide long-term support and funding for the museum’s art department.
The Art Foundation of the Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen Association has not only assisted in the planning and realisation of first-rate art exhibitions, but has also contributed to the museum’s inventory with acquisitions, especially in the field of contemporary art.
