Schauhaus in the Zeppelin village. A journey through history
With the Schauhaus at König-Wilhelm-Platz 12 in Friedrichshafen, visitors can experience an authentic place of remembrance of the life of the working-class population at the time when the Zeppelin industry was founded. As part of the Zeppelindorf factory estate, which was built from 1914 in the immediate vicinity of the Luftschiffbau Zeppelin GmbH factory premises, it is the ideal complement to the permanent exhibition on technology at the Zeppelin Museum, as it tells the story(s) not from the perspective of the captains, pioneers and engineers, but from that of the workers.
